I’m inspired by the natural world and the people that I meet. I have worked in, with and around Photography all my working life, and used most types of cameras from large 10” x 8” glass plate cameras to speed graphics through to digital cameras. In the early years I was a darkroom assistant then became a junior press photographer, moving on to studio and Lab work where I produced Dye Transfer prints for advertising agencies and designers; my most famous piece being the front cover of Pink Floyd’s album “Wish You Were Here” for the albums designer Storm Thorgerson. My first assignment as a press photographer was to cover Sir Winston Churchill’s funeral. I have a digital light room at home which I enjoy using when time allows. Having always loved books I set up Art House Publishing in the spring of 2010 and have produced a series of greetings cards, Photo Books and offer one -2-one home digital tutorials to people that would like to improve their photography. visit www.arthousepublishing.net there is a link on this page.
